Show racism the red card competition winner!
It has been another successful year for Butterstile in the ‘Show Racism the Red Card’ competition. Of the three entries submitted, the poem by Rosie from 6S has been chosen to be entered in the national competition.

Rosie along with Matthew (5B) and Elese (6T), who were runners up, will all receive a certificate, badges, a wrist band and a poster of their favourite football team.
Prestwich dance festival
Class 3/4 M took part in the Prestwich dance festival at the Longfield centre. They performed an African dance which was sensational!
3BS entered 'Olympic Thriller' egg into the Ramsbottom Chocolate Festival competition. Have a look at what he looks like below...

He was a very well behaved passenger when Mrs Bladen drove him to the festival!
